Christopher Biggins
Christopher Biggins, often referred to as simply Biggins, is a British actor and television presenter. He began his long association with the theatre in 1978, when he co-directed The Man of Destiny, A Midsummer Night's Dream and The Dark Lady of The Sonnets. He returned a year later to direct Overrulled, and again in 1982 to direct A Midsummer Night's Dream. He has also performed at the theatre, playing the best 'Puck in the Park' in 1982 when he met HM Queen Elizabeth II. That year he also performed in The Taming of the Shrew, The Dark Lady of The Sonnets, and The Admirable Bashville. He has also played Bartholomew Cokes in the 1987 production of Bartholomew Fair. In the early nineties, Christopher returned to act in our production of A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court and The Taming of the Shrew in 1993, and Stephano in The Tempest in 1996.
