Dame Eileen Atkins is a BAFTA, Emmy and three-time Olivier Award winning English actress best known for her roles in Cranford and Upstairs Downstairs. She made her London stage debut at Regent's Park when she appeared as Jaquenetta in the 1953 production of Love's Labour's Lost, directed by Robert Atkins.
